About the role
We are looking for someone to join our teamas a Project Manager and be responsible for managing CRM projects andloyalty programs.
The main task in this role will be tolead and coordinate one of our key projects for a leading pet retail chain inLithuania and Estonia.
We are looking for someone who can managethe project from both an organizational and operational standpoint—monitoringthe schedule, collaborating with the client, and coordinating the activities ofinternal teams.
The role requires a high degree ofindependence in managing the project, while also involving dailycollaboration
and support from the agency’s specialist teams: analysts, IT, strategy, andcreative.
In addition to leading the main project, weare also looking for someone who is eager to support the team in ongoingproject activities, assisting with other initiatives carried out at theagency.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- lead a CRM and loyalty program project for a client in the pet retail market
- coordinate the work of agency teams (analytics, IT, creative)
- manage the project schedule, scope of work, and project documentation
- work directly with the client and the project team
- analyze reports and data and support recommendations for further actions
- Monitor the project budget and billing matters
- report on project progress (weekly and monthly status updates)
- support the team in ongoing project activities for other initiatives
We are looking for someone who
- has at least 2–3 years of project management experience
- is comfortable working with clients, data, and technical teams
- can organize their work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- is self-reliant, meticulous, and accountable for the assigned project
- communicates very well in English (min. B2)
Knowledge of the following would also behelpful
- Excel and PowerPoint
- project management tools (e.g., Redmine, Teams)
An additionaladvantage would be
- experience with CRM projects or loyalty programs
- experience working with Agile methodologies
- using AI tools to support project work
